In forming the Trust and as CEO, Tammy spearheads the Trust’s strategic direction, fostering innovation and collaboration and strengthening the communities we serve.

Away from charting the Trust’s course, Tammy can be found kayaking, paddleboarding, and horse riding across East Kent.

With a career built on strategic planning, tactical delivery, and sharp commercial acumen, Summer ensures the operational efficiency of the Trust. 

With a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration, challenges are met head-on with unwavering determination and optimism.

And when she’s not strategizing or dancing (her other great passion), you might find her embracing a challenge, like the time she walked on fire!
